Everything was perfectly fine, including excellant stuff and particularly good location in the middle of the city. Modern room, comfortable beds. Plenty of goodies for breakfast. Location adjacent to the Mosel. Honestly no reason to complain.

This hotel met every demand in every way, recommend. It was a marvellous location close enough to the riverside and nature. I asked for a deluxe triple room and the one given was modern and beautiful. I admired the mountain view from the window. the jewel in the crown was the affable and polite staff.

It has stunning and marvellous location, not far from the Mosel, nature and the restaurant. Very welcoming, excellent staff, thanks for treating me so well...

The room was clean and included shower facilities, a hairdryer, and bath sheets. the mountain view was a wonderful bonus. the location in a peaceful area surrounded by nature was stunning, and it was just a short walk to the restaurant, the Mosel, and the riverside.

The room was spacious and featured a safe box, mini-bar, and central heating. the hotel's location is excellent and charming, and it is conveniently situated just a 15-minute walk from Royal William Yard.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I appreciated the two amenities offered in my room - a television and a kettle to prepare hot tea. Additionally, the hotel is located in the city center, making it easily accessible to shops and restaurants. What I enjoyed the most was the cozy fireplace in the communal area which made me feel warm on a chilly night.

I was truly disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The bed was uncomfortable, and the pillows flat, making it hard for me to get a good night's sleep. Moreover, there was no hot water in the shower which made it a challenge to wash up in the morning. The biggest disappointment was the lack of cleanliness, as I noticed that the floors in the hallway and my room were dirty and unhygienic. I will never stay at this hotel again.

The rooms had a nice view of the river. the beds were quite comfortable, and the hotel was located close to some nice restaurants. the staff was friendly.

The bathroom was dirty upon our arrival, and it took several hours for the staff to clean it. the Wi-Fi was terrible and we were unable to stream anything on our devices.
